Free, Pro, Studio. Credits, packs, and what changes with "Your AI".

Vacarme's brain (chat, agent, writing, vision) runs on your AI: your API key, or Vacarme credits as a fallback. See Connect your AI. Vacarme credits cover the rest: web search and the Studio (images, videos).

The plans

Free: €0

0 monthly credits. A welcome pack of 100 credits, valid 90 days, to try search and the Studio. After that, no search or Studio without a pack, but everything else works with your AI. 1 brand, no connected integrations.

Pro: €9/month or €90/year

1000 credits per month. 2 brands, 1 connected integration.

Studio: €19/month or €190/year

3000 credits per month. Unlimited brands and integrations.

Monthly credits reset every month: no rollover from one month to the next.

What each action costs

Web search: 2 credits

One search through Perplexity Sonar.

Studio image: ~5 credits

From 1 to 5 depending on the model.

Studio video: ~40 credits

From 35 to 80 depending on the model.

Everything else (chat, agent, writing, vision) goes through your AI and consumes no Vacarme credits.

Credit packs

Need more? One-time packs, no subscription:

€5 = 500 credits
€12 = 1500 credits
€25 = 3500 credits

Packs are valid 365 days. They are consumed after your monthly balance: as long as your monthly credits aren't used up, your packs don't move.

I was a subscriber: what changes?

My price?

It goes down. The new prices apply to everyone, existing subscribers included.

The LLM?

Chat, agent and writing now run on your AI: your API key, or the "Vacarme" profile as a fallback. See Connect your AI.

My credits?

They cover web search (Sonar) and the Studio (images, videos). Not the LLM anymore.

The daily allowance?

It becomes monthly: 1000 credits/month on Pro, 3000 on Studio, reset every month.

Changing plan

From the app's subscription screen, or from your account on vacarme.ai, you reach the secure customer portal, hosted by Stripe. Everything is self-service:

Move from Pro to Studio, or back. The change is prorated.

Update your card

Without ever sending us your card details: they are handled directly by Stripe.

Download invoices

Every invoice is available as a PDF, at any time.

Cancel

Any time, no reason needed. Your access runs until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Your data stays put.

Payment and VAT

Displayed prices include tax: what you see is what you pay. The invoice breaks down the pre-tax amount and the VAT applied for your country.

If you are an EU business outside France, you can enter your VAT number at checkout: the reverse charge is then applied automatically.

If a payment fails (expired card, limit reached), access is not cut off immediately: several attempts are made over a few days, and you get an email to update your card.
